2. Handcrafted Products & Natural Variations

Our fine bone china, vitrified stoneware, and Bohemian crystal glassware pieces are artisanal products. Due to manual glaze firing, high-temperature kiln processes, and hand-applied 24K liquid gold luster:

• Subtle nuances in glaze depth, gold lining thickness, or crystal refraction are hallmarks of handcrafted tableware.
• Actual colors may slightly vary depending on your display screen calibration and home ambient dining lighting.
• Dimensions and liquid volume capacities provided on product pages are approximate specifications.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to sanitary regulations surrounding food-contact tableware and the fragile nature of high-temperature porcelain:

• Returns are accepted exclusively for manufacturing defects or documented transit breakages reported within 48 hours.
• Used, washed, or altered tableware pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom corporate hampers, personalized engraved glassware, and bridal registry sets are non-cancellable once dispatched.
